I’ve been leading people in out-door exercise for almost 10 years now. Once I discovered that link between what we eat and how we feel I wanted to share my knowledge with everyone! About 5 years ago I decided to formally further my education in the field of food and nutrition. I knew I wasn’t ready for full-time school because I was too busy raising my three teens and growing my fitness business.
After some investigating I decided to enroll in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and I became part of the first on-line class (now all classes are on-line). So between reading and keeping abreast of the latest news and developments in the field of nutrition and earning my Health Coach certification I feel ready to share my knowledge with anyone who’ll listen!
I started this blog in answer to all the people who are always asking me what I eat and how to prepare it.
